Hundreds of color photographs are featured related to passenger rail travel. Unlike most other online photo galleries of trains, the presentation here is oriented to the interests of rail passengers and not to railfans. Thus, these photos are intended to give you an idea of what you will experience during your journey. You will find an extensive number of photographs of scenery along Amtrak routes along with many photographs of passenger accommodations, facilities, stations and destinations.

To complete the experience, many exterior photographs of trains are also featured, but not to the extent that you would find in an online photo gallery of interest primarily to railfan hobbyists. However, you will find some photos here even of the American Orient Express, the Princess Cruise Train and even a circus train!
