This is a close-up of an Amtrak Yard Engine used to move cars and trainsets around the yard. "Operation Redblock" is a project to help detect workers that may have alcohol or drug abuse problems, get them out of the yard and into treatment so that they are not a danger to themselves and other yard workers.
