Standard (Economy) Bedroom on the Amtrak Coast Starlight. Superliner II Sleepers are used on the Coast Starlight. Note the blue and violet decor. Flowers in a vase are on the table covered by white linen. A small basked with soap, shampoo and washcloths is also provided by Amtrak. Two pillows and two coat hangers are provided in each room.
The photos in this slide show were taken in the mid-1990's by Steve Grande on his Amtrak travels throughout the nation. The size of the photos is purposely smaller as disk space was expensive and download speeds were slower at that time.
